Leading on Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server infrastructure operations and service delivery. You will work with the Architecture Team as technical lead specialist on Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server related projects, operations and service delivery. You also contribute to Active Directory and Windows Server estate related change management, continuous improvement and governance processes.

Description

  • Extensive experience of managing 300+ server VM's in a VMware vSphere and MS Active Directory domain environment, synchronised with Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure design, delivery, management
  • Strong Azure Active Directory management and administration
  • Expert knowledge in Group Policy management and administration
  • Windows Server 2016, 2019 and SQL server administration
  • Strong custom PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Microsoft 365 services and Endpoint Manager
  • Extensive virtualised infrastructure administration and networking experience
  • Digital certificates and certificate management
  • Ability to create and maintain technical and design documents
  • Change management processes
  • Project management and delivery

Profile

o Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019 and Azure certifications.

o Strong SCCM administration experience.

o Strong experience of discovery, planning, delivery and upgrades of server environments for multi-tier applications.

o Strong experience of PowerShell/scripting.

o Experience of Microsoft volume licensing.

o Working in ITIL environments, preferably using ServiceNow

o Experience of Microsoft volume licensing.
