Senior Technical Insights Business Partner

Our client, a renowned and leading pharmaceutical company, are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Insights Business Partner to join their dynamic and hardworking team in Burgess Hill.

This is a full-time, MAT cover contract role that is expected to finish at the end of November 2024 (outside IR35).

Responsibilities as a Senior Technical Insights Business Partner

The Senior Technical Insights BP contributes to the success of the UK affiliate by identifying, developing and presenting key business insights used for critical and strategic decision making within the technical service department and the technical leadership team.

The Senior Technical Insights BP will lead the business in improving processes, systems and services through data analysis in order to deliver the company's ambition of superior customer experience.

• Proxy for the Technical Business Insight Manager
• Proxy for Technical Business Insight Partners
• Drives & Support the design of Strategy, to transform data into actionable insights to support and deliver our strategic goals in a cross functional environment
• Lead Strategic Initiatives, in improving our financial performance and customer experience either through identifying cost saving, efficiencies, improvements and other opportunities to protect and increase our customer base
• Develop training materials and analytics, driving best practice, standards, and ensure the appropriate documentation is in place
• Coaching and Mentoring, Business Partners, new starters, analysts and others across the business in business insights, data driven decisions

Experience / Skills

• Degree educated or equivalent ideally in statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or business related degree (E.g. Economics, Business Studies)
• Proven track record of operating in a highly changeable working environment - dealing with ambiguity and complex issues and concepts
• Experience working in a data driven environment
• Strong Project Management Experience/Knowledge of working in the delivery of technology-based projects
• Detailed understanding of data analytics processes with the ability to analyse data using multiple system/data modelling tools available such as Excel, VB, Access, Tableau, (T)SQL, Salesforce
• Experience working in report creation, modelling, and trend forecasting
• Business Partnering experience required
• Postgraduate qualification desired e.g. MSc, in business administration, industrial engineering (desirable)

Job Title: Senior Technical Insights Business Partner

Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid 2/3 days in office)

Salary: £30.16 - £45.23 per hour PAYE basic (excluding holiday pay) OR £40 - £60 per hour UMB
