Summary

My high-profile utilities client is looking for a Senior technical Insights business partner to join their team Based at their Burgess Hill offices (2-3 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.

The senior technical Insights BP contributes to the success of the UK affiliate by identifying, developing and presenting key business insights used for critical and strategic decision making within the technical service department and the technical leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • In addition to the activities of Business Insight Partner:
  • Proxy for the Technical Business Insight Manager
  • Proxy for Technical Business Insight Partners
  • Drives & support the design of Strategy, to transform data into actionable insights to support and deliver our strategic goals in a cross functional environment.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives, in improving our financial performance and customer experience either through identifying cost saving, efficiencies, improvements and other opportunities to protect and increase our customer base.
  • Develop training materials and analytics, driving best practice, standards, and ensure the appropriate documentation is in place.

  • Identify and proactively, put in place standards for the delivery of strategic and tactical insights
  • Set best practices and produce high quality, actionable insights through analytics and cutting edge predictive algorithms.
  • Works as a self starter,proactively identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Design and Implement, insight initiatives and innovations roadmaps to drive strategic goals
  • Visionary ,out warding looking, foresighted, being aware of new tools, technologies, news ways of working
