Our client is looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their international multi-disciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will work on projects across various sectors such as workplace, healthcare, education, historic, sport, leisure, residential and sci-tech.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Built Environment, or similar
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience of delivering BREEAM, LEED, Ska or WELL Building Standard assessments
• Knowledge of Environmental and Sustainability legislation and its applicability to UK development
• Experience delivering presentations to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Technical report writing
• Experience of using materials life cycle tools and software such as OneClick LCA
• NABERS accreditation (Desirable)
• Experience of carrying out circularity assessments and consultancy

Duties:

• Net zero carbon strategies and assessments (both operational and embodied)
• Material lifecycle assessments (embodied carbon assessments)
• Circularity assessments
• Environmental and wellbeing consultancy and assessments such as BREEAM, LEED, Ska and the WELL Building Standard
• Post occupancy evaluations
• Environmental management systems
• NABERS
