My client is a main contractor that is looking to add a Senior Site Agent/ Manager to the project team. This manager will be responsible for all the external & Amenities across a £150million+ project in Manchester. You will have a civil engineering background, with project experience in footpaths and landscaping.
As senior site manager you will be responsible for footpaths, paving, planting, disability access, handrails, signage, bike storage coverage including all externals work.
The successful candidate will have experience of landscape of footpaths and roads, any candidates with experience working on Public Realm projects would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale project in Manchester. You will have an excellent health and safety record. With ability to following site programming understanding civils works.
Key Skills:
§Previous experience handling civils engineering projects
§Excellent leadership and people management skills
§Detailed knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
§Influencing skills
§Good verbal communication skills
§Thorough understanding of project flow and demand fulfilment
§Good knowledge of plant and equipment
