Due to ongoing success, our client a cutting edge technology company is actively looking for a proactive, tenacious and successful Account Manager to complement their Sales and Helpdesk Support team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager key responsibilities will include;
* Working closely with designated customers to provide an in-depth and professional business care service
* Attending local networking events and canvassing campaigns as and when required.
* Identify opportunities to successfully cross sell and up sell technology services and products.
* Demonstrate technical support and possess a good level of knowledge across the entire product range.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable account management experience in a similar role together with the ability to identify new business opportunities and close on deals. A good understanding of IT sales, systems and support would be desirable, a meticulous work ethic and the passion to excel is essential.
