Senior RPA Developer

Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum, depending on level of experience

Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours available)

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will play a pivotal role in automating manual tasks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing productivity across our organisation. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust RPA solutions using UiPath, a leading RPA platform, while also integrating solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions will be key in this role.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and capitalize on automation prospects across various business functions, driving operational efficiency and innovation.
• Design and build RPA bots aimed at streamlining repetitive tasks and processes, enhancing productivity and resource utilization.
• Seamlessly integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Proactively monitor and refine RPA performance to maintain peak efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in RPA trends and technologies, enabling continuous improvement and innovation in automation strategies.

What’s in it for you?

Salary- £47,000 - £53,000 per annum. Reflective of experience and specialist knowledge.

Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About You:

• You will demonstrate a robust track record as an RPA developer, ideally with over 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• You can showcase your expertise in UiPath and its functionalities.
• Your ability to exhibit automation principles and industry-leading practices, will ensure the delivery of optimized solutions.
• You maintain the highest standards in your work, by having a keen eye for detail and displaying excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You can work independently as well as in a team-working environment.
• You will have excellent communication skills – being able to present and communicate to others.
• Familiarity with complementary RPA tools such as Power Automate would be ideal, but not essential.
