A prestigious and highly regarded law firm known for its excellence in providing comprehensive legal services across various practice areas is seeking to add a Senior Solicitor to their Residential Property department.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling a broad range of residential property matters, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property law, ensuring that their interests are protected and their objectives are met.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and review of legal documentation relating to property transactions, identifying any potential issues or risks and advising clients accordingly.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process, maintaining clear and open communication at all times.
- Manage junior members of the team, providing supervision, guidance, and support as necessary.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential property law.
- Solid experience in handling a diverse caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
