Residential Conveyancer

An ambitious Senior Residential Conveyancer is required for a leading regional law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to head up the team of a legal 500 firm. The firm offer a friendly and supportive working environment.

You will be managing two assistants whilst managing a caseload of anything up to 150 files. The overall purpose of this position is effectively head up a small but efficient department and drive the cases forward. You must be confident title checking and dealing with mortgage offers.

You should be an ambitious Residential Conveyancing professional and be able to work in a target driven role. Ideally you will have a minimum 4 years experience within a Residential Conveyancing position. It is essential that you have the ability to work independently and manage conveyancing files from start to finish including post completion stage.
