Real Estate Paralegal
Location - Manchester | Liverpool or Sheffield
Salary from £25-£40,000 DOE

I am currently recruiting for a Top Tier National Law firm who are on the market for a highly experienced Real Estate Paralegal.

The Real Estate position will include:
* Managing a busy caseload of transactions including liaising with the client to obtain instructions.
* Drafting the acquisition documentation, negotiating with the counterparty to the transaction and carrying out title reviews.
* Assisting with file opening procedures including preparing first draft of retainer letter and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations.
* Working with data rooms and online trackers.
* Managing completion and post-completion registrations, forms, filing and client signing / reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will include:
* Experienced Real Estate Paralegal ideally 2+ Year PQE.
* Keen eye of detail and ability to use initiative.
* Able to deal with a high workload.
* Excellent organisational and time managements.
* Strong academic background and a degree or Equivalent.
