NEW OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A PROGRAMME MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE RUNNING NPI DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS TO JOIN AN AEROSPACE ENGINEERING TEAM

• Hybrid working - 3 days a week in Eastleigh

WHAT WILL THE SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER BE DOING?

The role of the Senior Programme Manager involves acting as a key interface between the customer and the internal business, development, and production teams. Your day to day will involve making decisions and solving problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, and campaigns. This role heavily focuses on front end NPI product development rather than after market.

Other roles will include:

• All contract performance related activities tied to the programme
• Contribute towards strategy and policy development
• Keep customers advised of the progress of the programme and negotiate changes, variations, and solutions.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience

WE NEED THE SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING…

• Significant experience in NPI Product Development
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to document, plan, market and execute programmes
• Understand software engineering jargon and work with software and control hardware engineers
• Aviation, Military, or Defence industry experience is desirable, or other high tech and heavily regulated industries.
