Role: Senior Planner

Location: Manchester

Salary: £40000-£45000

We are proud to represent a consultancy that delivers complex planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) on behalf of their developer clients.

That are trusted to manage multiple large-scale strategic developments across the country, alongside a notable range of smaller projects, and due to an up growth in project workload are on the search for a Senior Planner to join in the team in Manchester.

Essential Criteria for a Senior Planner:

  • MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters in relation to Town Planning.
  • Exposure of 3-5 years in the Private sector.
  • Have practical knowledge of property.
  • Strong numerical and report writing skills.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Senior Planner:

  • Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Preparation of fee proposals and management of project budgets.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients.
  • Liaising with internal and external technical specialties, clients and Local Planning Authorities.
  • Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
  • Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
