Rare opportunity to join this iconic heritage brand at an exciting time of growth and brand development. We are looking for an established Marketing Manager and an excellent mentor. Crucially, you will need a solid foundation of experience in developing seasonal marketing calendars and integrated campaigns within a fashion lead business, ideally on an international scale.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing, is both a strategic and operational position to develop, execute and manage best in class Omni-channel marketing programs to drive awareness and growth in support of brand objectives across all channels (retail, wholesale and online).

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the development and delivery of 360 marketing strategy which develops the brand in line with the global strategy
* Brand guardian in market, ensuring brand equity and vision is adhered to at all times
* Prepare clear internal briefs and project manage critical paths for specific marketing initiatives
* Manage the Marketing Coordinator developing further their skills to support the growth of the company

Trade Marketing
* Develop and execute the Wholesale Marketing plans across the main accounts within the key markets
* Working closely with the wholesale sales team to align on the marketing strategy
* Define success metrics for all wholesale marketing digital activity
* Manage the Outlet marketing calendar and implementation of the promotional activities, working closely with the Outlet planner
* Prepare clear internal briefs and project manage critical paths for specific trade marketing initiatives

* Support the store managers to implement successful retail events (clienteling)
* Develop and implement a brand retail events calendar across each of our key markets
* Plan and coordinate marketing support for store openings in current and new markets

* Establish and integrate campaign tracking across all channels
* Deep dive into customer data to provide clear customer insight which will inform future marketing activities and campaigns
* Develop strong relationships and maintain continuous dialogue with PR & Comms, Retail, Sales teams and eComm
* Liaise closely with the PR team ensuring we are maximising and leveraging PR and influencers within our marketing plans
* Ensure that the Marcomms calendar is up to date and coordinating with other departments for input
* Monitor the competitor space to keep abreast of what the market is doing and to learn from other marketing executions implemented by other brands
* Stay abreast of new trends across and not limited to the fashion industry, digital marketing and social media
