Senior Management Accountant required for a leading non-for-profit organisation based in Manchester.
Your new company
You will be working for a leading non-profit organisation in the Manchester area. This organisation is continuing to grow year on year, acquiring smaller but similar organisations to continue their rapid growth. The organisation has seen significant positive change in recent times but there is still lots of opportunity to create further improvements.
Your new role
Your new role you will be responsible for overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts, You will coordinate the development of the annual budget, work closely with budget holders to determine phased income and expenditure budgets that will deliver their budget plans. You will provide day-to-day direction, coaching and support to the Management Accountants in the team, including one-to-one appraisals.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this exciting yet challenging role for such a rapidly growing organisation, you'll be 5 year Post Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA accountant with strong analytical skills. You'll hold strong Management Skills, IT Skills, strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work. Have a detailed understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework, relevant to your role.
