Senior Finance Business Partner - Treasury


Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working on an exclusive basis with a social housing organisation in Bradford. They are looking to identify a Senior Finance Business Partner - Treasury to join their social housing organisation on a permanent basis.

Duties for the Senior Finance Business Partner - Treasury will include:

  • Responsible for the delivery of a successful Treasury Strategy, and the investment of any surplus money to maximise potential for the organisations cash flow and interest receivable
  • Lead the preparation of cash flow monitoring and forecasting
  • Responsible for the loan portfolio and ageing of the loans
  • Assisting Treasury in the production of the Long Term Financial Plan
  • Take overall responsibility for the preparation of the Financial Statements
  • Preparation of monthly payroll (including salary reviews, overtime, SSP, SMP, SPP, deductions, HMRC submissions and all payments)
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of regular financial submissions to the regulator, funders and other external stakeholders
  • Provide direct line management clear direction and support to the Finance Officer (Part-Qualified)

Person:

  • Ideally Qualified or studying
  • Hold advanced system skills - including MS Excel
  • Experience of managing and mentoring staff
  • Desire to work within the public sector
