Senior EB Consultant

I'm partnered with a fast growth, acquisitive and established national practice, who're searching for a EB Consultant to join their team in East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior consultant to come in and make the role their own, as the firm looks to build our their local presence.

This is an exclusive role with a well-established proposition and strong market reputation, alongside a team of experienced consultants and a large support team, giving you the opportunity to keep developing and spending time with your clients and consulting on new projects.

The purpose of the role will be to deliver top quality employee benefits advice to a portfolio of corporate clients - you will also assist in the development of the firms proposition and deliver agreed new business targets through cross selling. You'll be tasked to consult across the complete suite of benefits consulting; from Workplace Pensions to Group Risk, Healthcare and Flexible Benefits.

To be considered, you must have DC workplace experience gained within a Consulting firm/Intermediary.
