Senior Customer Liaison

A Senior Customer Liaison position within one of the leading new homes developers based in the heart of East London. This role offers a salary from £35,000 to £40,000 with a great company culture and benefits.

This award-winning property company are looking for an experienced candidate, passionate about the industry who enjoys building and maintaining relationships with buyers from exchange to completion. This role is for a natural communicator who is confident in spending time with clients at property appointments to answer any queries they may have concerning their new build. They will have experience managing a team, be professional, have an excellent telephone and written manner, and be able provide the highest level of customer service and understand what it means to be a brand ambassador for a premium company. Duties

*Lead Liaison to Customer Liaison Team
*Day to day supervision of team
*Work across multiple sites
*Point of contact for buyers from exchange of contracts through to completion and handover of property
*Relationship building and a knowledge of how to communicate with clients
*Researching, drafting and sending out targeted and ad hoc communications
*Coordinating upgrades where applicable
*Advising buyers on the completions process
*Troubleshooting problems and being reactive
*Seeking information on completion preparation - mortgage/cash, etc.
*Flagging problem buyers with management
*Use of Salesforce database to record communications
*Preparing for completions - manuals, gifts, docs, cleans, etc.
*Home demonstration appointments
*Handover appointments
*Coordinating purchaser snagging
*Sending handover information to utility suppliers, local authority, In-house surveys, etc.
*Provide high quality customer service to purchasers ensuring completions take place according to programme forecasts, while providing an excellent, efficient completion and handover process.
