An international law is looking to recruit a Senior CRM Executive into their London office. The Senior CRM Executive will take on a unique client focused role with a steer towards client intelligence alongside analytical use of the firms CRM system.
You will manage the firms Interaction CRM system and major projects associated with the software, you’ll be able to work with senior leadership regularly; reporting back on analytics to assist in client and business development. One of the interesting elements of the role is the broader nature and integration into the firms marketing and events team, developing strong email marketing campaigns and helping on event targeting as examples. You will also be joining the firm at an exciting time as the firm invests heavily in a Board-sponsored project to restructure, enhance and overhaul their Interaction Data.
