Very exciting opportunity here with a growing FinTech lender to join their acquisition team and drive performance in a new lending performance. They have huge growth planned for this year and offer a chance to be part of a driven environment.

THE COMPANY

This company is a successful and growing lender here in the UK, who are continuing to scale up. They are a fast-paced and dynamic company and are seeking a motivated and driven candidate to work across their credit strategies. This role offers excellent development and learning opportunities as well as significant exposure to stakeholders and senior members of the team.

THE ROLE

Within this role you will be part of the wider credit risk team, focusing centrally lending strategies for their customers. You can expect to work on:

  • Overseeing and optimising existing customer strategy, with a specific focus on new acquisitions
  • Wider development of credit risk strategies utilising a wide range of data including from credit reference agencies
  • Reporting of acquisitions and existing customer base to the wider team and stakeholders
  • Wider ad hoc analysis and opportunity to work with and be involved in model development

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Essential to have a background in consumer lending
  • Experience in driving insight
  • Good knowledge of programming software such as SAS, SQL or Python
  • Educated to at least degree level in a STEM subject
  • Strong communication skills and desire to learn

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Up to £55,000 base salary
