I have 2 fantastic opportunities with NHS England for a Senior Business and Operational Administrator in Leeds. This role is a temporary assignment for one month, Monday to Friday and full time 37.5 hours a week.
Senior Business and Operational Administrator - Job Purpose
You will be working as part of a central team co-ordinating the actions of the regional offices including secondment and data access.
You will assist in the production of accurate, high applications, training in and review of CCG Privacy Notices. Be able to produce Dara Sharing Agreements based on commissioning applications. To be able to liaise with CCG customers and handle general enquires from customers at all levels via telephone and email.
You will be supporting the secondment of DSCRO staff, including Clear Data Access form processes, production of meetings agendas, minutes and chasing progress on actions. Supporting work on a new national Data flows, the process of moving applications and DSA's on to the new online tool.
You will be assisting the Business and Operational Delivery manager, Updating and maintaining data trackers, working with information technology using Microsoft Office.
You will be updating and version control of documents held within the SharePoint system. You must be able to work under your own initiative and have strong attention to detail. To have the ability to work on managing workloads and meeting tight deadlines negotiated with line manager and/or external stakeholders.
Senior Business and Operational Administrator – Key skills:
You will need to have a background in a senior admin role within the NHS or similar Public Sector Environment. You must be available to start immediately.
