I am excited to be actively recruiting for leading Architectural Practice whose beautifully crafted designs bring old buildings back to life. They are specialists within the heritage and conservation sectors but have a diverse portfolio of exciting and significant projects. This RIOBA Chartered Practice have an excellent reputation and utilised their extensive resources to invest into their staff and technology to drive inspiring, cutting edge designs. they are keen to continue their growth with a great outlook on future projects and are seeking a Senior Architect to join their sociable team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience working as an Architect and ideally as a Senior Architect, with a passion for conservation and heritage projects and excellent technical and design skills.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• extensive post qualification experience
• ARB registered
• Prior knowledge of project delivery and management
• Strong design and technical skills
• Experience with conservation and heritage projects
• Thorough knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations
• Demonstratable experience across all RIBA stages
• Excellent client facing communication skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Must have leadership experience
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM is ideal
• AABC or RIBA SCA accreditation would be advantageous
• Comprehensive commercial awareness and ability to take financial control of the project
