The role will require you to support 2 directors and also their team as a whole at times, due to this recent experience in a similar position is ESSENTIAL.
What can I expect to be doing?
You will be required to undertake all of the usual PA tasks, i.e, travel arrangements, minute taking in meetings, diary management, act as first point of contact for people wishing to speak to the directors, prepare letters and general required admin.
There will be a small element of HR needed. i.e processing annual leave requests, absence management, arranging monthly 121's and development reviews for the team.

No two days will probably ever be the same so if variety is something that you are looking for then this is the role for you!
What do they want to see on a CV?
My client is looking for someone who has solid experience within a role/company and has not has many different positions in short space of time. You need to have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and if possible SharePoint (however this is not an essential requirement), you need to be happy working as part of a team and have a sense of humour with a personality that will gel with the company culture.
