I am currently looking for a proactive SEND Teaching Assistant who is passionate for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. You will need to support children more with different aspects of learning, for example, reading or writing, or behaviour / self-expression and also personal care. As well as the pros that come with being an SEND Youth Assistant i.e. when a student completes a task or overcomes a challenging task. You need to be really proactive, have patience and also a calm voice. Some children will have ASC and also will be non verbal, some children could have SEMH needs and many more.

  • Ideally have some form of experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Must have a creative and positive mindset
  • Patient, Reliable, Approachable and Caring
  • Between 8:30 and 9:00 am start
  • asap start
  • Up to £100 per day; weekly payment
