We are currently looking to recruit experienced Security Officers to work for Lodge Service, carrying out gatehouse and reception duties at busy distribution centre located in Harlow

Position: Security Officer
Locations: Poundland Distribution Centre Harlow
Starting salary: £8.50 per hour
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week
Shifts: Variety of day, night and weekend shifts

The ideal candidate
Minimum of one year in a security type role
Good standard of:
- Numeracy skills
- Literacy skills (reading and written English)
- Verbal communication (spoken English)
Knowledge of different physical security systems and procedures would be an advantage
The ability to develop effective working relationships with management, staff and colleagues is vital to this role
Customer service driven
Work to and achieve a range of performance KPI’s/targets, set by client
Willing to be flexible regarding covering different shifts, days, nights and weekends
Self-disciplined and self-motivated
Perform under pressure
Official documentation required for the role
(CCTV SIA license is an advantage)
Complete FIVE year career history
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
Proof of National Insurance number
Proof of address
