Secretary/PA - part time

My client based in Norwich are looking to recruit a part time secretary/pa. Small and friendly office environment.

Ideally temp to perm

30 hours a week - over 4 days (Tuesday to Friday) 9am - 5.30pm

Up to £17K pro rata


  • Reception duties

  • Office filing

  • Ordering stationery

  • Archiving job folders, including scanning and keeping records up-to-date

  • Typing correspondence - fast and accurate typing skills a MUST

  • Setting up job folders; entering the necessary details into the job register, creating a hard folder, printing a label for the folder

  • Assisting office manager with Health & Safety checks

  • Sending out Invoices using Xero Software

  • Ensuring Job Register up-to-date at all times

  • Assist Office Manager with Auditing

  • Taking minutes of meetings, typing minutes, give to Directors for authorisation and then distributing to relevant persons

  • Assist with marketing related tasks
