Academics are recruiting for an excellent school in Chester who have a very supportive senior leadership team who maintain a good quality of education throughout the school. The school has a real community feel and pupils are encouraged to be independent thinkers. They are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to start in April in a full-time position until the end of the academic year. You must have knowledge and experience of teaching Science to GCSE.

This role would suit both an experienced Teacher and an NQT/ECT who have the passion and dedication to make an impact on their pupils by planning fun and engaging lessons so that pupils of all abilities are able to progress and achieve.

The successful Science Teacher will need to have:

  • QTS with a relevant teaching qualification
  • Must have recent experience of teaching Science to GCSE
  • Have a proactive and can do attitude
  • Be available to start a full-time role in April
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS check registered to the update service or be willing to get one
