This is to work via a large consultancy with a governmental company as a Training Solution Architect to ensure that the solutions presented to the Product Owner are coherent, ambitious and transformative. The Training Solution Architect will act as part of a team made up of staff from across different business areas.

The key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Build-up background knowledge about the in-scope Courses from the Product Owner and Training Delivery Unit and to understand (and represent) the requirements for improved training.
  • Understand all the interventions (course material, equipment, use of devices and different modalities, others? etc.) that will come together to make coherent, excellent training delivery for that.
  • Establish the priorities and areas of focus for training improvement with the TDU Product Owner and the Educators aligned to the in-scope courses.

The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:

  • Solution Architecture experience, delivering complex solutions.
  • Desirable to have experience/knowledge of Training environments.
  • Eligible for SC Clearance.
  • Experience within Agile environments
