Ultimate Banking are pleased to be working with an ethical, charitable loans and savings provider as they seek a Savings Product Analyst to join them on a 12 month, fixed term contract.

Our client is owned by charitable foundations, trusts and social purpose organisations; founded to support charities with loans that weren’t accessible, and to educate people as to how their savings could be invested ethically and in ways that would make a contribution to much needed charities.

Every single one of their shareholders are either a charitable trust, foundation or social purpose organisation.

The purpose of the Savings Product Analyst is to support their suite of savings products, ensuring timely delivery of new deposit products or changes to products in line with the product development framework.

Duties will include:

  • Savings product servicing, including various stages of delivering interest rate changes and updating literature collaboratively with other departments.
  • Service notifications: ensuring savers are advised of any changes to interest rates, products or terms and conditions. To also ensure any regulatory information is provided to savers clearly and on time by the appropriate durable media.
  • Promoting new processes to improve quality and/or increase productivity.
  • Support the definition and delivery of product strategy and new/refined propositions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a product specialist, looking to gain/increase their experience within the savings space. Coupled with an organisation that has a very ethical outlook and supportive products, you can really be part of a bigger picture.

Whilst their head office is based in Kent, they operate a hybrid approach to the working week, with 2 days in the office and the remainder working remotely. The company operate a 4 day working week.
