Our Londonoffice is currently recruiting for SAP Service/Order To Cash (SD) Functional SME. The Role

As part of the SAP Centre Team in Global IT, you'll be a vital functional SME collaborating closely with NRF Global Process Owners, technical delivery teams, and regional business units. Operating on a global scale, you'll work across time zones, leveraging various communication tools. Your focus will encompass SAP S2C processes including billing, pricing, accounts receivable, project management, and HR personnel administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP functional solution design and delivery in S2C and PA domains.
  • Analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions aligned with system design and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, assess change impacts, configure SAP, write functional specs, conduct testing, and lead workshops.
  • Ensure high-quality, future-proof solutions adhering to best practices.
  • Document designs, test cases, and results, and oversee end-to-end testing.
  • Provide support during go-live and for ongoing issue resolution.
  • Serve as the SAP expert in S2C & PA areas, managing data and liaising between business functions and technical teams.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in Sales & Distribution Module, especially pricing.
  • Proven track record in implementing and optimizing S2C functionalities in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 SD, FI-AR, PS module, SAP Fiori, and HR – Personnel Administration (PA) tables.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in SAP S2C projects, translating business requirements into user stories and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • SAP certifications and Agile certifications (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with S/4HANA implementation, SAP Business Objects, and billing practices in EMEA, US, and Canada.
  • Familiarity with SAP agile development environment.
