Salesforce Technical Analyst - Sales Cloud, SQL, Insurance
Up to £400 per day
My client is a leading Insurance expert based in the City of London in their stunning offices who require a Salesforce Technical Analyst with good SQL skills (ability to at least read SQL scripts) and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to join a very busy and slick Technical team.
As Salesforce Technical Analyst you will provide expert administration, support and maintenance of the team's IT applications whilst acknowledging and understanding key business requirements and / or system requirements evaluations and be able to troubleshoot and triage issues at the first instance. In the role you will be the key contact between IT, business users and the application supplier / support team in respect of technical issues; manage and control application access, permissions and profiles; manage, prioritise and resolve incoming issues either independently or utilising other team members or 3rd parties; work closely with Business and other Business System Analysts in the evaluation of business requirements and/or system requirements and to work with the business areas to enhance the applications plus co-ordinate upgrades and rollouts of business applications.
To be considered you must have a strong Salesforce background, good knowledge of SQL (at least able to read SQL scripts) and excellent communication skills. You must have worked in an Insurance or Banking environment previously. Good knowledge of Sales Cloud and Sharepoint would be desired. Previous Microsoft BI tooling (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) would be nice to have.
