As a Integrations & QA Analyst in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Help design, develop, and maintain integrations between various systems using integration tools and APIs.
Create and manage APIs to facilitate communication between different systems and applications.
Utilize your Salesforce expertise (or assist) to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation.
Develop and manage (or assist with) integrations with NetSuite, optimizing data flow and business processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Execute manual test cases across various software applications, ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance meet specified requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira), ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity ratings. Work with developers to facilitate defect resolution.
Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality or system performance.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements, gather additional details, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Communicate test progress, test results, and issues to project teams, ensuring alignment on testing priorities and timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
Working knowledge of Jira, and Confluence
Familiarity with working using Agile methodologies
