This is a key telephone-based role working in our client's broker sales team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering excellent service to brokers and other professional partners.
You will be instrumental in helping with portal queries, broker registrations, answering criteria and case update enquiries and will provide general support to the internal sales team.
Applicants must be passionate about delivering the best possible service and be excellent communicators. You will also have strong administration and PC skills.
Previous relevant experience is essential and backgrounds in financial services, banking, estate agency will be considered. Mortgage experience could be particularly advantageous.
