About the Job:

As an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to facilitate property transactions.

Here are the key duties:

Connecting People: You’ll be the bridge between buyers and sellers, helping them navigate the real estate market. Your ability to understand their needs and aspirations will make a significant impact.

Negotiation Skills: If you thrive on negotiation, this role is your arena. You’ll negotiate sales and lettings terms, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties involved.

Market Insights: Imagine having your finger on the pulse of the local property market. You’ll keep a close eye on trends, recognizing opportunities, and adapting strategies accordingly.

Client Relationships: Building strong relationships with clients is at the heart of this role. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, your expertise will guide them through the process.
