Full Time Sales Negotiator
9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5.30pm on Tuesday
1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (with a day off in lieu during the week when working a Saturday)
Our client is one of the fastest growing Estate Agents in their locality. They are a multi-award winning agent who have are excited to expand their residential Sales team due to organic growth they have experienced over the past year.
You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of sales from start to finish; advising on marketing, undertaking viewings, generating offers, negotiating sales, instructing solicitors and managing the sale through to successful exchange of contracts and completion. Based in the estate agency reception area of the office you will also meet and greet existing as well as potential clients and applicants - and anyone else calling into the busy office or contacting via phone/email - therefore you must project an excellent first impression as you will be expected to win new business from these contacts.
The ideal candidate will be someone with energy and enthusiasm, someone who is very well presented and articulate and with good, if not excellent, communication skills. You must enjoy meeting and talking to new people, be competent on the telephone and be proficient with a computer, as well as be able to multi-task in what is a busy professional office environment. The rate of pay will depend upon your experience and skills - they want the best person for the job.
