Sales Negotiator

Job Summary :

To develop and implement positive customer relationships and growth plans.

Develop, monitor and deliver sales through a network of contractor and sub contractor relationships, developing accounts and building competitive advantage focusing on solutions and service differentiators.

Develop strong relationships with assigned key builder's merchants.

In conjunction with the external sales team quote, track, drive and secure sales orders against a comprehensive pipeline of projects and sites

Engage and drive internal partners to deliver on customer service requirements with consistent and effective communication and feedback on activity.

Actively pursue product knowledge via the management team with key suppliers driving joint opportunities and effectively following up all leads and opportunities created.

Take ownership and be accountable for continually looking for ways to innovatively increase margin

Engender a 'right first time' service vision and ethos for your customers.

Results required :

Enjoys regular and proactive engagement with customer base and consistently drive relationships to deliver sales performance

Consistent delivery of daily targets via regular proactive development of assigned customer relationships.

Accountable for delivering budgeted sales volume and margin against targets daily and monthly.

Maintaining a strong pipeline of projects and site driving relationships with key site decision makers.

Via assigned supplier lead opportunities, maintain, track and secure orders

Work closely with internal functions jointly deliver strong customer relationships via an exceptional service performance

Effectively track, interrogate and react to information provided on the performance of customers, sites and suppliers.

Effectively communicate performance and opportunities via internal and external sales manager.
