The Role: The new Sales Manager will be selling into end users and manufactures in sectors such as aerospace, medical, automotive, petrochemical and food handling. With a focus on new business activities, you will be talking to designers, engineers and procurement departments, with some responsibility also for managing a portfolio of existing accounts. Full product training is provided for the successful sales manager here.
The Company: This well-established firm enjoys a sales turnover approaching Â£25 million and has aggressive growth plans in place, hence their search for a new Sales Manager in the Midlands. They supply specialist surface coatings for electroplating and anodizing, along with the sales of equipment and contract services, and are firmly in the top three in their marketplace.
For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Field sales experience
- You will sold a technical product into industrial end users and manufacturers
- A mechanical or chemical engineering qualification is preferred
- Charismatic and energetic sales managers with plenty of determination will fit in well here
- £30,000 - £40,000 Base Salary
- £2,000 Commission
- Fully Expensed Company CarÂ
