A superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Management professional who is looking to further their career with a market leading plumbing product manufacturer. The Role: Working for a well-regarded, award winning, manufacturer you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Regional and Area Sales Managers who sell to contractors, installers and regional and national merchants. With a significant sales budget (in excess of £10m), you will be responsible for P&L within your business area and have the autonomy to drive and develop your people.
The Candidate: Our client is ideally looking for an experienced people manager who has had experience of managing a large sales team of Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Manager.
You will ideally have experience from within the plumbing and heating sector and have managed teams who have developed business with installers and merchants, however they are open minded with regards to the product, or range of products you have sold previously.
