Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Priory Estates and Lettings have a full time position available within our busy estate agency team. We are seeking a motivated, entusiastic, organised and friendly individual to become a Sales and Lettings Negotiator.

The main responsibilities of the role are listed below, although the role will be varied and not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Making outgoing telephone calls and matching properties with applicants
  • Registering applicants and arranging viewing appointments and valuations
  • Administration including collating property files and ensuring they are compliant
  • Business generation activities as required
  • Preparation and updating marketing materials and office displays
  • Conducting viewings and providing constructive feedback to vendors to landlords

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following key skills:

  • Team player
  • Enthusiastic yet empathetic telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Excellent face to face, email and telephone communication skills
  • Highly organised, able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Clean driving licence and use of own vehicle

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:30pm. Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm (lieu day in week for Saturdays worked)

Experience preferred although not essential as full training will be provided
