Permanent Sales Ledger & Credit Controller based in Whitefield

You will be working for a leading, well established family run business based in Whitefield. The business has been established for well over 100 years and has seen consistent grow within that time and are now at over 550 employees nationally.
Your new role
This is a full time permanent role working within a busy, friendly and inviting office with a caring culture. The job gives you full autonomy over your own work and the company has a strong stance against micro management. Your main duties will include; cash allocation, handling customer queries, raise credit notes, raising invoices, chase over due invoices, close the ledger at month end, issue statements monthly, issue month end reports to the management accountant and any other ad hoc tasks. This job is ideal for someone looking for variety in their day to day and wants to have full control over the Accounts Receivable side of the businesses. It's a 35-hour working week with some flexibility on start and finish times with the opportunity to work an extra 30 mins per day and finish early on a Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have Sales Ledger and Credit Control experience. Being prepared to cover for your colleagues and work collaboratively as a team is also an essential on the understanding you will receive this in return.
