This role requires experience of selling product not services.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Business Development Team, responsible for managing inbound Trade sales enquiries, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and bringing new prospects on board to establish long-term partnerships. Responsibilities of the role include providing exceptional customer service to Trade sales enquiries, maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, identifying and reaching out to potential new clients through various channels, preparing pricing presentations, and driving sales through B2B customers. You will also collaborate with the team to achieve Sector sales targets, manage your own sales pipeline, and leverage available databases to expand our client base.

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and approachable, comfortable with presenting to groups, honest, detail-oriented, conscientious with IT, and have a strong work ethic. Role responsibilities:

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience for all inbound Trade sales enquiries.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Research and identify potential new clients.
  • Contact potential new clients via phone, email and/or LinkedIn to gauge interest.
  • Prepare client pricing presentations and supply sample materials when needed.
  • Qualify Trade pricing applications and approve discount levels.
  • Drive sales through B2B customers.
  • Support Team in achieving Sector sales.
  • Administer and manage own sales pipeline for pipeline reviews.
  • Manage risks and advise pipeline opportunity.
  • Utilise available databases to introduce us to new customers.

This is an office based role so please do ensure you have a vehicle to commute to SN16 daily.
