White Oak is now looking for driven graduates, with some previous sales experience to join their team as Sales Executives, increasing new business opportunities through existing and new accounts.

Role:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of White Oak, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
  • Generate your own sales opportunities through new and existing data in the CRM system
  • Enter the exciting new world of Google PPC campaign to gain inbound leads, as well as gaining referrals from the lead generation team to increase your new business efforts
  • Present White Oak to potential clients, predominantly through telephone outreach
  • Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering White Oak products and superior customer service
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client focused service
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure administration administration is completed
  • Create and be accountable for all client quotes and proposals, following finance procedures through the whole process

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • 1-3 years experience in a sales development role (essential!)
  • Previous experience in Financial Services highly advantageous
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • IT literate
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
