Sales and Customer Service Executive

Our client is looking to recruit an individual who is a good communicator, a team player and able to work collaboratively with a variety of different groups across business units. You should have the ability to drive work forward quickly and efficiently on your own initiative be computer literate, and have knowledge of Excel.

The position

  • Manage relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage technical support enquiries and respond to customers in a timely manner by email and phone.
  • Process customer quotations and follow up within 3 days of dispatch.
  • Follow up on samples within 1 month of being sent.
  • Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Keep the Company CRM system (ACT) up to date.
  • Keep updated with the range of products and services offered.
  • Provide support for members of the marketing team who are out on business
  • Incoming and outgoing calls.
