Selective Recruitment has just registered an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a busy company on a Permanent Full-Time basis. As the Sales Administrator you will need to be flexible and adaptable with great customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Based within a small team, this position would suit a talented candidate that wishes to work in a hands-on and diverse working environment. Ideally you will come from a similar Sales Administrator, Customer Service or Procurement related role, but more importantly you will have a proactive and determined personality.

Offer package;
Position:Sales Administrator
Salary:£22,000 to £24,000 (dependent on experience)
Duration:Permanent
Hours:08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
Benefits:20 days + bank holidays & Christmas period
Private pension scheme (after probation period)
Annual Company bonus scheme

Primary duties;
*Taking daily telephone calls from customers to inform delivery schedule and stock levels.
*Placing sales orders, issuing picking notes, invoices.
*Placing purchase orders and booking the deliveries.
*Preparing daily outstanding order report for customers and sales team.
*Co-ordinate and expedite placement of purchase order/sales order to ensure products are delivered on time.
*Monitor upcoming deliveries.
*Communicating colleagues and make sure all orders are on time.
*Proactively analyse outstanding order book, spot any changes and inform customers if any issues.
*Proactively manage stock levels and supply chain processes to maximise product availability in the warehouse.
*Report KPI sales data to the colleagues.
*Get involved in projects as and when required to ensure continuous improvement.
*Working closely with Operations Manager and Sales Administration/After Sales team to ensure deliveries are on time.

Candidate specification;
*Experience of using SAP and/or Oracle would be an advantage.
*Previous experience within an Administration/Customer Service/Procurement position.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical as the role holder will be required to communicate, persuade and influence at all levels.
*Ability to handle complexity and will have a good track record of achieving results.
*Demonstrate good problem solving skills.
*Flexible with extended working hours when required.
