Due to progression within the sales department, they are looking for Sales Office Coordinator to assist the team. Paying up to £20,000, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a fresh challenge within an exciting company.
The Job and whats expected of you:
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager.
Responsible for maintaining and improving customer service levels for a portfolio of accounts.
Actively promote and encourage telephone sales via active and inactive accounts.
Effective liaison and communication between the company's internal departments.
Customers to be contacted on a daily basis providing stock availability information and encouraging to place orders via direct call, B2B website or arranging for rep to visit.

Experience of Telesales/cold calling (the database held will be existing leads)
