Our client, a major car dealership, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support their Sales Manager and team in this busy and varied role.
Your duties will include:
Ordering vehicles to meet customer specifications within given time frames.
Allocating registration numbers and ensuring all vehicles taxed.
Preparing, monitoring, raising and analysing sales invoices, stock records, orders and deliveries.
Collating order, finance and warranty paperwork ensuring all documents accurate.
Undertaking correspondence for the sales team, manufacturer or customer as and when required.
You will need:
Previous experience of working in a fast paced office environment.
Excellent administration and computer skills.
Ability to prioritise your workload.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Previous motor industry or accounts based background preferred but not essential.
Based in Christchurch, working 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with salary £DoE, 22 days holiday , increasing to 24 days (after 5 years) and 26 days (after 10 years) continuous service, opportunity to join the company's pension scheme and life assurance plus discounts on vehicles, parts and services and free parking.
