Sales Administrator

SF Group are currently recruiting for a Worcester based Technology business who are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a permanent role paying £16,000 - £18,000 dependent on experience. This company are easy to access via public transport and car.

Some of the key responsibilities are;

  • Checking customer orders have gone through the agreed internal processes and pricing arrangements
  • Working with the sales team to ensure necessary amendments are promptly communicated and understood
  • Processing orders through to the business for delivery
  • Ensuring clients agreements and contracts are correct
  • Checking any restructures of customer pricing
  • Deal with new business customers
  • Support order fulfilment
  • Assist in the resolution of customer queries
  • Administration of third party systems
  • Product and customer specific pricing is kept up to date
  • Customer details are up to date on system
  • Monitor a shared inbox
  • Support other departments with queries e.g. credit control, invoicing etc.
  • Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, and oral)
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Numerate
  • Methodical and organised
