An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Law firm for their offices based in Manchester. Our client are recruiting for a RTA Fee earner to join their in-house team on a 9 month fixed term contract.

The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with a mixed caseload of fast track RTA claims and will also pursue the settlement of these files. You will also have experience of leading litigates cases on small claims and fast track matters.

Key skills and duties will include:

  • Delegation of tasks to other members of the team
    * Updating reports
    * Communicating with the client face to face, as required.
    * To ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2011
    * Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
    * Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
    * Proficient IT skills.
