Your new company
You will be working in a 'Good' OFSTED rated school, with outstanding features; particularly for its leadership. The school is led by an inspirational Head Teacher, who has a passion for the learning and development of both her staff and her students.
Your new role
You will be required to plan, prepare and deliver Religious Education lessons to KS3, GCSE and A Level. As this is a faith based school, you will be expected to tailor your lessons in accordance to their ethos and faith, whilst being respectful to students with other faiths in the school. You will be working within a large department, reporting to a forward thinking and personable department lead.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of teaching engaging and thought provoking RE lessons up to A Level standard. You will be able to work effectively with students, encouraging debate and discussion in a respectful and reflective environment. You will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver these lessons, as well as provide feedback to staff, parents and students on their progress and development.
