Retention Agent (The Times)

Help us, help our customers; we are fortunate to have clients like The Times, Sunday Times and Sun newspapers. Your role would be to help their readers take full advantage of all that being a member entails, daily newspapers delivered to their door, full website access and member benefits including eating out offers, cinema tickets and much more.

You would be based locally in Colchester; in our contact centre and can expect post training to earn OTE of £30,000 per annum in your first year. In return we expect you to be able to deal with a high volume of calls daily and be of a robust nature, readers may wish to cancel their subscription and you will need to be able to persuade them of the benefit of maintaining it.

If you have previous sales experience it will prove beneficial, we will however consider you if you do not, as full training is given.
