Restaurant Supervisor needed in a small multi award winning hotel and restaurant in a popular Peak District Village, that is well known throughout Derbyshire as one of the finest hotels and restaurants in the County

This hotel has won an array of awards and is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to push on and work with the Restaurant Manager and the small restaurant team. You will also run Duty manager shifts

The ideal candidate for the position of Restaurant Supervisor should ideally come from a rosette accredited property and have some supervisory experience. This restaurant is a very high multi award winning standard, therefore the candidate must have impeccable standards and be used to at least 1-2 rosette standards.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to assist in running the restaurant and run Duty manager shifts

The Restaurant Supervisor will also be required to ensure standards are kept very high, whilst pushing the restaurant further. The Restaurant Supervisor also must have wine knowledge

The working pattern for theRestaurant Supervisor will be a mix of splits and straights with 5 days out of seven, as the business requires.

It is essential for the ideal candidate to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality.

The successful candidate will gain a excellent starting salary of up to £22,000 + an excellent chance to progress further whilst also the opportunity to work in this well renowned hotel

This Restaurant Supervisor role is a full time, permanent post.
